Love GoLocker
I love GoLocker. I've been using the service/app for about 3 weeks. No lost or stolen package. Only a few day delays from once the package is delivered to a notification on the app they received your package. Especially towards the end of the week thru the weekend. Otherwise a smooth process. Finally no more trying to meet a delivery at home or stolen package. Keep up the great work GoLocker. Y'all guys and gals have saved me a headache. I can peacefully order again. Thanks !!!

Not even worth the hassle
All they do is hold your package. You have to email them just to get in contact with someone. The app seems like it doesn’t work because I have received a package and it never notified me through the app. It showed that I have no packages past or present. I had to keep looking at my email to wait for a confirmation. Been waiting for my second package for over a week now and their response was that the shipping label was damaged so they have to recreate one which makes no sense because how did it even get to their office in the first place if it was damaged? 🤷🏻♂️ definitely a waste of time. Don’t even bother with this company!!

Company great but app needs improvement
Once in a while the app will sign me out and when I attempt to sign back in, it doesn’t remember my email & password. When I go through forget password steps, the app then says my email does not exist.
Needs some improvements
I’d like to be able to copy the GoLocker address from the app. Currently you can’t select any part of the address text or the personal GoLocker number so I have to memorize it or switch back and forth between screens if I’m checking out from my phone, or copy it to a piece of paper and read it off. This slows me down when I’m checking out (I’m also always nervous that maybe I’ve typed something wrong), and it’s annoying. Other than that, the one time that I’ve used this service I’ve been quite pleased.

Love it!!
I did a year subscription for my dad who lives in New York. He had a lot of issues with stolen packages so now everything I sent him (or he orders) goes right to GoLocker and he picks it up when he comes home from work. It’s awesome.
