Finding this was like finding a reset button to my mind
I started using this app because I was feeling completely overwhelmed, and I just needed something to help me slow down and breathe.
I honestly didn't know what to expect, but the first time I put my headphones on and listened, I felt this immediate sense of space and calm.
It is hard to describe, but the frequencies just gently wrap around your thoughts. It doesn't force you to meditate or do anything difficult you just sit back and let the sound do the work. Since using it, I’ve been sleeping so much better, and my mind feels clear and grounded during the day. It has genuinely made a beautiful difference in my life, and I really think anyone looking for a little peace should download it and try it.
