고객 돈은 받아놓고 정작 거래는 처리해 주지 않네요

거래가 왜 지연되고 있는지 명확한 설명도 없고, 문의할 때마다 제대로 된 답변이나 해결 방법은 안내해 주지 않고 계속 책임을 떠넘기는 느낌입니다.
고객 입장에서는 돈이 묶여 있는 상황인데도 제대로 해결해 주려는 모습이 전혀 보이지 않아서 너무 답답합니다.
문제가 있으면 최소한 정확한 사유와 처리 방법이라도 안내해 줘야 하는 것 아닌가요? 고객센터에 문의해도 똑같은 답변만 반복하고 실질적인 해결은 해주지 않습니다.
