Terrible app terrible system
I’ve been a customer of this bank for a long time. Every time I visit the bank I get a headache from the workers there. They seem to think I need narration of each bank policy. They make me jump through all of these hoops to make a transaction. Well the app is worse. It has been useless and the security measures make me feel more insecure. Terrible app etc.

Worst Bank in Korea
Avoid this bank. Their card is useless outside of Korea and they are not helpful.
Mobile Verification Never Works
A verification never arrives. All the IBK apps are broken. They are all trashes.
