Same as everyone else. Can not access video. App connects wirelessly per instructions but will not register. It was the dealer recommendation, not good. I won’t fit one of these to any other vehicles.

App not connecting unless Korean
The app doesn’t work unless I change my phone into Korean language. If I want to access the videos, I have to change the whole OS into Korean. Please fix this, this is such an easy fix with Claude or Gemini.

저장된 비디오 목록볼때 impact 부분만 보고싶을수도 있는데 이런 필터없이 스크롤을 주구장창 내려야 하는게 상당히 불편합니다. 동영상 화질 다좋은데 이점이 너무 불편해서 다른 회사걸로 바꿀까 생각중.
Unable to connect
I’ve install the system for about a month but my phone keeps failed to connect the dash cam with my phone. I’ve tried everything I could do but still unable to connect. Please fix the app ASAP!

Why cannot I connect app to device??
Won’t connect to iPhone, and barely to Android. Have to go into flight mode to connect with Android, iPhone on the other hand …It has been a nightmare since bought with brand new van.. so far value for money not received.
Unstable connection with latest version of IOS (26.2.1)
It will be disconnected soon right after its WiFi connection. Its firmware should be upgraded accordingly.
