Awful App Top to Bottom
Just scrap it and try again. The previous app I used back in 2018-2019 was literally perfectly fine and I don’t understand the MASSIVE downgrade that is this one. It main menu looks like an old web site from 2000s. Its system is horrifically slow and resets constantly. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all and there’s no consistency as to why. It’s completely counterintuitive to the point that it feels intentional. Why when I click on a bus does it not show me all the possible stops/isolate the pathing?? When I click on a stop why can’t I click on the bus numbers which isolates those routes and buses? This has to be intentionally bad I have no other reasonable explanation in my head

Slowed down after the 2025 changes
What’s a wrong with this app??? It’s slowed down much worse and it never used to be painfully slow like this. I’m literally at the same bus stop I go to every time and it used to work on the same data connectivity. But now it doesn’t load at all!
First they get rid of the bus numbers on the stops and now even the stupid app doesn’t work!

Terrible app
App keeps crashing, terrible app. Wish they paid somebody to make it more user-friendly.
It’s great when it works right.
Right now we can’t see the buses on the maps. It crashes a LOT! It’s the best we have though. I need the RTS peeps to fix this app. Please. I am begging.
