Awful App Top to Bottom
Just scrap it and try again. The previous app I used back in 2018-2019 was literally perfectly fine and I donât understand the MASSIVE downgrade that is this one. It main menu looks like an old web site from 2000s. Its system is horrifically slow and resets constantly. Sometimes it doesnât work at all and thereâs no consistency as to why. Itâs completely counterintuitive to the point that it feels intentional. Why when I click on a bus does it not show me all the possible stops/isolate the pathing?? When I click on a stop why canât I click on the bus numbers which isolates those routes and buses? This has to be intentionally bad I have no other reasonable explanation in my head

Slowed down after the 2025 changes
Whatâs a wrong with this app??? Itâs slowed down much worse and it never used to be painfully slow like this. Iâm literally at the same bus stop I go to every time and it used to work on the same data connectivity. But now it doesnât load at all!

Terrible app
App keeps crashing, terrible app. Wish they paid somebody to make it more user-friendly.
Itâs great when it works right.
Right now we canât see the buses on the maps. It crashes a LOT! Itâs the best we have though. I need the RTS peeps to fix this app. Please. I am begging.

Doesnât work
literally had not allowed me to even access the app for the past month.
Requires reinstalling after a couple uses
So this app just stops working after a while and requires a reinstall to use it again. I usually have to reinstall it every couple of days. I believe that the app most likely tries to persist data and fails which causes an error state. So reinstalling it removes the database and you get a new one upon the new installation which fixes it. I am an iOS developer so this is my opinion

Whoever thought it was a good idea to switch from the other bus app should be fired.

I can only use the app once before it crashes to a blank screen. I then have to redownload it. I have to do it multiple times a day to use it. Do better
Worst transit system by far!!
Buses are always late or donât even show up. The appâs server is never working to look up where the buses are. The drivers always blame the traffic when there are barely any cars on the road. I walk home faster than the bus and I live 1.7 miles away. So annoying!!!
The worst app
I can use the app once and then if I want to open it again it just says error. Iâm forced to delete the app then redownload EVERY time I want to check my bus time. Also busses just donât appear on the app.
Glitchy
Frequently crashes or says I have a slow server, then refuses to load the live tracker. Even thought my server is fine. đThe app is unusable 50% of the time.
Doesnât load anymore
The bus system is already questionable but having an app with all the bus information that doesnât work makes everything worse. App wonât load for me anymore and I have to use google maps which isnât reliable.
Worst, the worst
Once you type the destination it never changes until uninstalled and reinstalled. Numerous other bugs and troubles. The developer must have used ChatGPT for their degree.
Still no change
Hundreds of people have already talked about the issues with the app, from the terrible interface to the app refusing to load quite often. For me, it loads less than half the time. However, I need to point out how these problems have been stated YEARS ago, and the last time this app got a patch was 2 years ago. That is insane. UF, what are you doing??? Get it together and update this glitchy nightmare that so many people rely on!
Edit: I just found out about NaviGator, and I canât believe anybody still uses this app when there is a perfectly functional version of it. If you hate this app, get NaviGator. It does the same things except it actually works. It has 5 stars vs this oneâs 1 star, and it shows. Get NaviGator.

Your in luck if it actually works
Great concept if it actually worked. I think it currently has a 95% non-usage for me. As in, 95% of the times I have tried using it (everyday) it doesnât actually load and I need to keep clicking refresh (which does nothing asides from just popping the message back again). TransLoc wasnât as detailed, but it ALWAYS worked. Iâll take a working app over this mess any day. Please just give us a working app. Doesnât need to be fancy, doesnât need to have 5 different map options. Just a reliable bus tracker.

One of the worst apps
It really shouldnât be this difficult to find a bus. I mean the app wonât load unless I tilt my phone sideways, a tutorial pops up every time you open the app, and you canât even see the map while you are looking up routes. It would be so easy to fix these problems.

Always a problem
Every day itâs shutting down or not showing busses. When will there be a website as well instead of just the app? Itâs been days and the busses still arenât showing.
