Useless
Completely useless, no updated service record when its sole purpose is to book service and check for service due dates. For the app discount, we have to tell service advisor to update our account manually every time.
need rework the filter,login doesn't work
simple function. i want to select v6 3.6 l engine. but i camt do this in this apps.

You can’t do anything with this. Send a confirmation code to your email but doesn’t allow you to enter anything in the code field to confirm
Useless
It doesn’t work. Cannot book appointments through it. No options available. Just junk. Do not use it.
Jaguar richmond is a fraud
Whenever we used their service they ask us to use this app to pay. When I want to redeem my points and it never worked. Richmond jaguar is a fraud as well as this app
Calender not working
For some reason I can’t scroll down when trying to get to later dates in the month to book an appointment.

Creating a new account doesn’t work
I attempted to both create an email based account and also login with my Google account neither worked.
Terrible app
Saved search doesn’t work. Searching with filters in general doesn’t work properly. App doesn’t stay logged in, opens weird error message page in browser everytime I open.
Liking it is hard
I really wanted to like this app however it is impossible to actually book any services through the app because after you spend lots of time going through the whole process and finally get to the finish point it fails. It has done this on numerous occasions hopefully there's a bug fix soon.

Garbage
Doesn’t remember anything. Added my car but makes be go and get my insurance every time for the VIN to book an appointment. I bought the car from them they already know the car and VIN. After going through everything it will say error booking and have to call. They owe my 30 mins of time messing around with signing in their useless app.

Saved search doesn’t work very well
I wanted to like this app, but the saved search doesn’t work. I can use the search on a PC no problem. When I recall the search in the app. If finds the vehicles but it won’t show them. It just shows all of them. Too bad.
Frustrating app

This app is now required to get the “service discount” but it rarely stays logged in or lets you log in, almost like go auto doesn’t want you to get a “discount”
Log in issues
I originally installed this app 2 months ago, set up account and log in no issues. 2 months later it won’t log me in. Won’t recognize my saved password and sends a verification code to my email, but verification code doesn’t work , app just keeps repeating the process. Do you guys even thoroughly test this stuff before release? Not sure if app was recently updated and something broke, but come on guys, you gotta re-test everything if you change something. IT regression testing 101.
