Keeps losing time slot
Very frustrating. Tells me I have 36 minutes left in my time slot then upon checking out tells me it’s expired and I lose my time slot. Very annoying…
No points for delivery
The pro’s would be the ability to have groceries delivered by different stores that owned by Loblaws.
The con’s are that you don’t get pc points for delivery unless an item specifically has a deal on.
You are at the mercy of the competence of the order picker. If they cant find an item because they dont know which aisle it’s in they just say its out of stock.
You cant get a refund if you cancel your subscription for the remaining time.
I’ll be canceling mine and ordering from Walmart as soon as I am able.

Overall good, produce selection is terrible
Overall, honestly I love the convenience… the produce selection is abysmal though. I’ve requested (and received, at least) a refund on one or more items on every single order in the last few months. Ask the pickers “would you pay full price for this and bring it home to your family?” I pay to order so that I can save time and energy, if I have to ask for money back and then go buy the items myself it is kind of defeating the purpose.
