Very Poor Customer Service
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service of PC Optimum.
On August 20, 2026, I purchased two pairs of prescription glasses from Specsavers for $99. According to the promotion, I was supposed to receive 50,000 PC Optimum points for this purchase, but the points have still not been credited to my account.
Since this issue is related to PC Optimum, I contacted PC Optimum directly on August 20 to explain the situation and ask about my missing points. However, no one has responded to my message or provided any assistance so far.
When a program advertises an offer to customers, I expect them to honour the offer and provide proper customer service when there is a problem.
This lack of response is extremely disappointing and makes me seriously question how reliable PC Optimum’s promotions and offers actually are.

Easily one of the worst apps I have ever used. Caused me to cancel my pc account.

Je suis incapable de connecter l’application quand je suis dans le magasin même si itinérance et emplacement activées alors il n’est pas possible de consulter ma liste d’épicerie sur l’application!

In AI era, it is so difficult to understand how they are not able to fix this app which has so many errors, bugs, problems…
PC Op app is junk
PC App is garbage, will not let me update because my iOS is not 17 or higher No longer any benefit for our family to shop Loblaws stores, no help from pc support or anyone at Loblaws whatsoever
