i launch the app but can’t sign in because the keyboard does come up and the screen does not take the entire screen

I can’t sign in with PCID because it doesn’t download. Just get a blank page trying to load
Missing points
I’ve bought two gift cards during the time where there was the spend 100 on gift cards and receive your points in two weeks. it’s been two weeks and i’ve received nothing at all. i’ve made one inquiry about it and i was told to wait still i’ve still waited and nothing. why lie to customers?

The app has so much information and the important information is hidden. Never accountable for the way the information is posted
App not recognizing the the card number
I checked the number a few times and it’s not able to load the number onto the app.
Can’t update mailing address
Unable to update my mailing address. I’ve tried a few times over thats year since I moved. The online chat assistant is useless.

Updated to new version and app crashes every time I open it. App support doesn’t exist either.

Can't use the app after updating!
The app asked me to update, and I did. After the update, the open page said:” Update required to continue” and there is an “Update Now” button. Click on it, it will go to the app store and there is no update only an “Open”! It will take you back to the app that shows you need to update. Totally have no idea what I can do. Where can I find help? I don't want to change my phone.

Limits not clear
One of my offers, for me, at Shoppers was PC large coffee for 15.99. It stated Limit of 4 and then right underneath that it said Limit of 2. It’s a limit of 2. I have drastically cut my shopping at Independent and Shoppers as they can never seem to get these “Special Offers” correct. Another occasion I bought wings, that were a special for me, but it didn’t indicate specific flavours. Surprise, surprise I had picked the wrong flavours. Can not use app with older machine Apple
It really sucks that I can no longer use the PC app on my iPad unless I upgrade apple os first . My old iPad worked last week and I was happy. Now I have to buy a new machine to get your software.

As per the title. What happened?????? Why update if we can’t even open the app anymore

Poor service re: update on app
Not with your store, which I enjoy shopping at, but your ‘update’. My phone has to be ‘updated’ so I can’t take advantage of the bonus points or sales. What a step backwards you have taken. It infuriates me with all your texts about which points/product price I missed out on.
Digital coupons
Need to add individually; if the company was really interested in saving us money they would add an option to add all coupons - Food Basic has this option so I shop there more then PC now.
