Now needs iOS 17.0 or later.
So, I can no longer use this on my iPhone 8. All I can get is the message that I need to upgrade.

Cant use it anymore bc they updated it to ios 17 only and i have an i phone 11 and i’ve tried clearing up storage even tho I barely have any apps. Thanks a lot
Not impressed
I don’t feel I should need to upgrade my phone to be able to use my optimum card which WAS working as early as a few days ago. Do better!

It is designed to steer you to things that profit them more. Now it will only show me my personalized flyer and not the general one

Was supposed to combine but doesnt confused. Simple things like offers are not readily visible. Tooooo much about tooo much
Worst app ever
Keeps logging me out and now says that I don’t have access to the login screen because I don’t have the right authority. For the price and data gouging that loblaws et al are doing you would think they would invest in something that works.

Si notre téléphone (IPhone) ne supporte pas les récentes mises à jours, on est cuit. Pas tous vos clients sont capables d’avoir des IPhone 16, pas tous sont intéressés à en avoir non plus. Certains ont la pollution électronique à cœur, d’autres préfèrent se nourrir avant. Sans l’appli, faut dire adieux à de belles offrent dont on ne pourra profiter. C’est une autre belle forme de discrimination favorisant encore les plus riches, et les moins environnementalement consciencieux.

Not working at all. I did update the app to the latest version and it just does not work anymore. It takes me to a new website that just crashes and gives me an error number. This is totally unacceptable. All this used to work perfectly.

You get nowhere on the chat, can’t talk to a human, finally chatted with a human they ended chat before I could get a response.
The update of security deleted my optimum number. Lost my points 🤷♀️. 1 would rate 0 out of 5 if possible. So many places to load offers, very confusing. Seem to always miss some. I loaded my offers - got to shoppers it didn’t work. Tried calling - but again can’t talk to a human.

Poor function
App doesn’t function can only get the number for the card and the number of points. Nothing else works, app is kept up to date but nothing changes.
