Wont open
I haven’t been able to open this app for longer than I can remember. The app won’t even open after I download the update. Says I have collected enough points but I can’t “activate the offers”
Bug
Ne fonctionne! J’ai désinstallé l’application et réinstaller maïs l’application ne s’ouvre pas.
Doesn’t keep working
Starts working then doesn’t track points properly if issuing them at all, frequently have to send them notice of missing points on every transaction as everything is not showing up
PC Optimum app does not always work
I find i get offers from PC but when i go to find them they are not there….like my birthdays offer. No where to be found when it says get offer. So what good is that.

There is constantly an issue with not receiving offers from the Optimum app. The offers are either not applied at check out or never honoured from the My weekly flyer offers? I have asked and asked, no one seems to be able to answer why. It’s just a ploy maybe? Who knows
Horrible
This app is horrible, an absolute joke. Not everyone is computors friendly, so, by making people use this app you will have not receiving points thereby saving some more money for your “concerned” owners and management.
Bugs
You still haven’t fixed your bug issue. App always crashing, can’t delete or add items to my list. Can’t add offers. Offers don’t register in store. Home store always changing if I shop at multiple stores. I should be able to choose my own stores. Do better!!
No offers
I cannot download my offers, your site says not my problem but yours, no points at No Frill since winter . Unable to get a human to help
Regarding points
They are tricking the customers to make money. Even though I had all transactions of the amount they require still they are saying, I didn’t meet the requirements. What is that??? If you don’t want to give points why you are giving offers???
Update killed an already bad app
Just forced an update and now it won’t even open. Rewards have been pared back and and so has that app. lol, sad.
No smart phone
I don’t have a smart phone. I want my offers to come to me by email.

APP BUGS, No support to fix
App doesn’t load all flyer offers. Out of approx 20 weekly, app offers maybe 4. And of those offered many selected result in error message “already loaded”. But stay available to select again, always rejecting, never actually loading
Proof provided to store who agreed app is broken, but must send to Support, who also agree app is broken based on proof provided, but can’t do anything but send proof somewhere else - who close the issue, noting I just need to load the offer, totally ignoring proof this is impossible with current app

Impossible de se connecter Iphone
Depuis environ 2 semaines, mon application ne veut pas ouvrir. Elle donne un message d’erreur de user ou mot de passe. Quand j’essaie de réinitialiser, elle ne me laisse pas remplir à nouveau le mot de passe, ça tourne et dit que le mot de passe n’est pas le même. À l’aide.
Won’t Open
You forced me to update the app to continue using it and now that I have, it won’t open. It will crash within 1 second of opening it. I have missed out on so many points the past few months :(
Unusable
The app logs me out every single time I use it, even though I select "remember me". The few times I am logged in, the app usually glitches and I can't see flyers or my points balance. Basically unusable.
PC Op app is junk
PC App is garbage, will not let me update because my iOS is not 17 or higher

Points kidding for pc orange juice now for at least give shopping trips. Virtual assistants is just nonsense. It used to be easy. Utter ridiculous
BLOCKED ACCOUNT
I cannot have access to my Optimum App, it’s blocked and the customer service from Optimum cannot unblock it. A clitch with the App they say. I have been on the phone with them every week for the last 3 weeks and no success. They keep giving me instructions on how to retrieve my code but it doesn’t work!!! Grrrrr!
