Faulty login page
I haven’t been able to log in for at least a year. When I click login it opens another page but the page doesn’t not load to even start the login process. I’m consistently missing out on points because I can’t load my offers.
It works but could be much better
We do shops on it almost every week but it’s so frustrating when basic key items like cucumber, bananas, strawberries and eggs are consistently out of stock. We just change and do a local shop elsewhere when this happens.
Best way you could improve - when things are out of stock when ordering, you should have the option to select that you want it if it becomes available. I may make my shop a couple days early and it’s out of stock but you often get stock during that time, especially for fruit and veg.
Also it’s always important to watch out as it’s possible to select things to add to basket but they don’t add.
Lastly why is there a limit of 62 items? I understand that it can’t be crazy big shops but the fact that buying 12 apples counts as 12 items is just a bit over the top.

Flaky and not at all intuitive
Not sure who tested this for usability but I give it low marks bc of this. It constantly kicks you back to sign on screen, gives you updates that do not require interaction (like when they review my order). Ask for a driver tip before delivery? Weird. Think I’m skipping g to insta cart, maybe I’ll get my items on time and know what is going on in the meantime

As a senior, this service has made my life so much easier and I’m never disappointed in what I receive. I highly recommend it for anyone!
Good but lots of glitches
When the app is working properly it’s very good. But it often has glitches (ie, very slow to update, can’t see the total in the cart, etc) also it doesn’t reserve the time for an hour like it says it will. All this can me it very annoying.
Glitchy
There is always something wrong with this app. Sure I can put a grocery order in usually but I have one sitting there that’s been picked up from 3 months ago. And the coupons loaded are constantly expired. Annoying to say the least
New upgrades - not compatible with phone
Have been using the app for years now but now I’m no longer able to use the app as my phone is no longer compatible - very disappointed.
Can’t place orders
Can no longer place orders for pickup. Stuck on previous order with no way to refresh or clear cache.

I get told my time is being saved for 40 minutes still but I go to check out and I’m told my time slot is no longer available!!!

I love how the rep from PC calls with replacement options which makes things easier

Can no longer update it
Recently gone downhill
No longer has any flyers in the app, can’t even click “provide app feedback” for app issues WITHIN the app anymore it’s so broken. If you click the easy add button for an item, there’s no guarantee it will be in your cart. You better open it and wait for it to load to add it to cart to be sure. Even then, triple check your final order before submitting. Search sometimes is unreliable, where you find an item randomly by some other list that wasn’t in the search that you used to find it! It’s getting harder to use for something people rely on for disabilities, accessibility, etc. Hopefully they listen.

Requires login constantly
Tried using the app to order groceries, but I had to enter my credentials every time I clicked on anything. Lost patience and abandoned, terrible experience
Needs Work
This app needs some major work. It does not load on my iPad at all. I see lots of online comments that it runs on data only. This has been my experience also. Definitely not ideal. I also get error messages when trying to link to my pc offers. Please fix your app!
Overcharged 3 times pending transaction for the yearly express pass.

Express and optimum apps don’t mix
Can’t load your offers into your express cart from the optimum app. Put in multiple requests to fix this issue for over a year and no response or resolution
App issues
I hate when the shopper chooses my substitutions. I mark “No substitutions” but clicking the switch. I leave a note “No substitutions” and if I need them, I specifically note the products I want substitutions on and what i want as a replacement. I feel like none of that matters, because I always have issue.
