App is good
The app is really good. But when we receive groceries, they do not give us fresh fruits and vegetables
The time slot booking function.
Time slot booking function needs more reliability. Closing the app for 30 seconds should not forfeit my reserved time slot. Incredibly frustrating trying to reserve another spot while they’re rapidly be taking up by other customers, only because my reserved spot failed 20 minutes into my 1 hour reservation. Fix this please.

lots of glitches. Dropped my order twice.
The all is getting annoying
This new version asks you to select your store every time you use the app and it is getting to a point that I don’t want to shop. Please remove that, if we need to change stores, do it at the check out or an open option without needing to do it all the time.
Slipping
PC seems to be farming out their deliveries to a lower level of contractor now. If there’s an item that is inconvenient to carry/deliver, I have consistently been told that that it was out of stock. It was happening so much that o went and checked, twice. Both times the item was not out of stock.
To add insult to injury, PC still hasn’t given us the ability to tip AFTER we have received the delivery. All in all, the service, which I used to tell all my friends about is a source of frustration for me now and ultimately, often so unreliable that it’s not useful. I can’t even count on not needing to go shop myself, on the same day as my delivery.

Products don’t load
Nothing loads once I select any store. Changed wifi networks, deleted the app and redownloaded. Absolute junk. Tried two weeks ago and had the same issue. Bye bye.

As long as you don’t really need anything
The app messes up a fair bit in that you can’t currently see the flyer on iPad or iPhone app (need to use browser). You often can’t see order after delivery until some time has passed. The system has had many issues when ordering brisket that the weights were heavier than system allotted for the pickers could not do check out due to dollar difference being higher - despite texting picker and telling them that was ok I wanted heavier anyways but they did not fulfill. It also stopped me from hitting order threshold on 40,000 optimum points that they offered me 15,000 despite being told after a customer service call I would get my order. Customer service is useless for pc express. This was all logged and they don’t care. Walmart orders much more accurate in my order.

Flyer won’t load
The flyer has not been loading for two weeks.
App needs improvement
App is slow. Often shows things not in stock while the store shelves are full.
Poor experience
Day and night difference between Viola and PC Express app experience. Paid membership, still getting charged delivery fee +tax. Tip is asked upfront. None of that with viola. No item replacement issues as stock is uptodate.

Inconsistent
The app is so inconsistent. We randomly get kicked out and have to sign back in. Sometimes we’ll need to randomly re-pick the store we’re purchasing from. Items disappear from the car without logic. When scrolling it’ll think I’ve clicked the “choose replacement” option for if it’s out of stock (but I’m literally just scrolling).
When it works it’s been great. But the user experience is inconsistent at best.

A couple hiccups
I have an order from December that I picked up but can’t clear from my app. I started a ticket but received no response. Also, could you make the bags and boxes a feature that can be remembered so I don’t have to put in my 3 boxes every time?
“Save for later” feature
Love the app and the delivery service. Very handy! Would be nice to have a feature to “Save for later” though. I often see meals that I’d like to try so I add to cart. But before checking out I realize I have too many of these meals for 1 week so I remove some. Would be great to be able to move them to “Save for later” so that on my next delivery I could easily add them to cart without having to physically remember them all. Great app though!

Just above tolerable
This app and service sucks so badly and the only reason I use it is because of the in store prices. They are constantly low stock on everything, the subs often make no sense, almost every order they’ve missed or messed up something, the app glitches or doesn’t let you proceed to checkout… Website is beyond brutal and you go in loops signing in but it won’t let you proceed to check out. You are a bajillion dollar company, please pay a techy Highschool kid to fix your app and site.

Weekly Flyer and Past Orders
Have been unable to download the Weekly Flyer on my PC App for the last few weeks. I am also seeing past completed and fulfilled orders on my app scheduled for pick-up.
Love my Saturday delivery
At the end of a busy work week I'm not really feeling like going to the grocery store the next day so I ordered my groceries for delivery before noon on Saturday. Saves me a trip always quality items. Makes my Saturday a happy day.
