Convenient but downsides
I like the app but the thing that really bothers me is they don’t always show products that I know they carry in store. Like it manipulates you to buy what they want, rather than accessing everything you know that’s in store. It also shows low stock on items that I’ve gone into the store and discovered there is lots of. So you trade full consumer choice for convenience. I’ve also gotten rotten fruit & veggies so now I put into the notes to make sure it’s fresh & not rotten.

Don’t order produce on this app.
Can never order produce on this app as they use the opportunity to give you the worst looking items that are nearest to spoiling. Expiration dates on dairy are always only a few days away. Works well for pantry products though.
Delivery is Helpful
I’m a senior with serious health issues. The delivery service is so very helpful. I would only ask the driver to please knock or ring the bell so I know the order has arrived, especially if there are frozen products in it.
Exceptional!!
We got lucky with the staff at our Loblaws. They’d let you know when vegetables or fruits aren’t perfect and they communicate beautifully. I’ve ordered so many times and it’s always perfect or rectified really easily.
Rotten vegetables
Why do I always get rotten salads, vegetables and fruit? Paying delivery and have to the order no fruit and veggies . Double fees
Forcing update to use the app
Why do you make me update my entire iOS just to use the app. So so silly.
Easy, efficient!
The app is so easy to use and find things I need. I most use the search option but sometimes I wander through the categories (I.e. bakery, fruits, vegetables). I like that I can see what’s on sale and all my options in one spot. Delivery is always on time, with the correct items and quantities!
Excellent App for cash back
The more we purchase PC gives back in terms of points which would pay our next grocery bill!

Shopping was difficult. Billing is asinine. It wouldn’t accept my PC Simplii Banking!

Trying to use this app was more difficult and more hard to use than I could think of
Sluggish sometimes, but it works.
Overall good, but the app takes a long time loading every now and then.
Not enough items available
This is such a great service but there are so many items missing that are regularly stocked by the store. There should be a place where you can add items or at least request to add items that are regular stock.

Worst app
I am very frustrated using this app. It will not save my information for re ordering.
App working well pick up is another story
At our store in Manitoba the pick up times have been Between 45 minutes to 3 hours. When I am waiting for long periods of time and end up having to call the click and collect number again, sometimes they say we have lost your order we are trying to find all the items.
Add options
It would be nice if I could add items to my order especially for a later pickup time, for example if I order groceries at 8am for a 7pm pick up, I wish I could add an item or two before hand, or if I order today for tomorrow pick up time , I should be able to add to it. Otherwise, life made simply
