Difficult to navigate. Too many steps even attendant had difficulty.

The scan thing is cool but the receipts are always jammed or out of paper
Tobacco product section
Just downloaded app, got rewards set up for the first time. For only having app for 10 minutes I think it’s neat! App is very slick looking, easy to use and set up very well.
Get to the tobacco 21+ section and that’s where we run into problems.
You put your info in, throws error. You do it 2 more times still throws error but ask you for your last 4 digits of social. No reason to use that to verify, once social is in and you proceed it tells you unsuccessful but then show you cigarette deals as you start to scroll the sign in to verify pops back up and you repeat the entire process again. Do not attempt it and don’t put in ur social until they fix the bugs and crashes! Overall rating-3.75/5

Awesome and very convenient to use
Great app for paying at the pump!
I love the online ordering and paying for fuel with my phone!
Notifications
The app is alright. It’s nice to get points and redeem them for free stuff. But one thing I really don’t like is the app asking me twice upon opening to turn on notifications. There should be a “don’t ask me again” option or something. I don’t want notifications for deals when I can just look at the app to see if there are any good ones. Please consider adding this or at least a setting option to get rid of the pop-up for notifications.

Charged my old bank an extra $20 without telling me
Long story short, i used the app when getting gas and instead of letting me pay with my new bank they charged my old one without telling me. Then they sent an email saying there’s a $20 fee because my CLOSED BANK ACCOUNT declined the payment. I called them and told them I would pay for the gas but not the fee and they said they wouldn’t take a partial payment. They said because of that they will continue to reach out to me so now I’m getting calls and emails asking to pay for THEIR MISTAKE. They said I can no longer use the rewards and I’m perfectly okay with that. Wanted to save some money but ended up getting charged a $20 fee lol. Wont be using this again.

Registration
Tried signing up on your app and it will not accept any password between 8 an 16 characters. Keeps saying we’ve hit a snag. I’ve determined it’s a problem on your end.
Not a fan of the new version
Couple of things. 1 I would NEVER link my bank info to a gas station card. You are asking for trouble. 2 why did you take a good app that worked and replace it with an app that doesn’t work?
Horribly put together
The app constantly fails to work properly, it’ll take your point but then not give you the rewards at the register. When you claim a reward, it should have it own code to scan to guarantee the points properly give you you the reward your trying to use at the register. I got jipped 2000 points I was trying to use for fries recently, it took the points but didn’t give me the discount on the register.

Why not allow online orders
Really. Not sure what the point of this app even is. Track my points ? Get directions to places i already go ? Maybe redeem points somehow. I online order through other stores apps. Given how much better this stores chain is than most. Im shocked they wont add this feature and catch up to the low grade places

Add Pay is not possible
There are serious promotions going on if you add Pay to your account but no function of the app allows it
Awesome
I’m giving 4 stars just for glitches. The app has glitches that sometimes doesn’t show your rewards but they are there. The free sodas and everything else you get is awesome. You rack up your points and can get many things. We’ve gotten cups. Drinks many whole pizzas. We go to our dandy everyday and the workers there are amazing and put their customers first. Also you can use your phone number that’s what I do you don’t need a card or your phone ever. It takes less than a minute and is very simple. This is an amazing concept for repeat costumers even if the app glitches sometimes. It’s still awesome so 4 stars all the way. I would say if you go to the dandy a lot get this. You’ll rack up the point and won’t even realize it until you have enough for a pizza then you can pretty much anything.

Not enough cashiers
Too often there are 7 or more people in line to pay at the only register open, when there is one person stocking shelves, which could wait, and two or three more behind the counter apparently just waiting for the timer on one of the ovens to signal food is done. The person at the open register likes to chat with friends while people are still waiting in line. VERY ANNOYING. I JUST WALK OUT.

Bad app can’t log in says login combinations are not correct changed password still does not work
Cannot redeem rewards
They do not let u redeem your rewards for gas I’ve tried 2 times and was told they can get it to work! Feel like this is a scam to get u to buy gas and things to get rewards and then don’t let you use your supposed rewards! Heading back to fast track for my gas and other thing quick easy simple there!

Crap App
This app is not user friendly. I’ve never been able to use it for gas or get rewards for the gas I purchase often. I can never get the PAY sign in. Either says I have an invalid password or I’m already registered. Yet I can never recover or reset the password. Not worth my time.
Card
Right now I think you card is worth o I have been sign up since sept. 18 and filled my car up twice and it has not worked at the pump
