Creating Account
I tried to create an account and it said I needed to create a password that is 6-20, which I am guessing 6-20 characters. I made different passwords 6-20 characters including lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and a special character-ALL around 10-12 characters. It kept giving me a red flag saying 6-20 characters. I could not make an account. It did let me put in all of my credit card info, however. I have no account still. Is there a way to make this “Create Account” functional? I never write reviews, and when I looked for this app and say it had 1.5 stars I thought that’s pretty low, but I had hope. Sadly it wouldn’t let me make an account. 1 star.

Doesn’t work on Iphone 7
Other than making a reservation you can’t do anything in this app. Nothing else in the menus (like your trips) works!
Needs updating
The screenshot shows like you can book shuttles for downtown Indy, however, only option are the Bloomington shuttle service.
