Don’t waste your time it’s full of bugs

I booked an airport pickup and arrived on time. But I was forced to wait almost an hour since they want to “consolidate” passengers. Do not recommend unless you want to be waiting at airport or as they suggest “take a taxi instead if you don’t want to wait”.
Have yet to get this to work
Has never worked. Always have to book through website. If, and I say if, it allows me to enter information it always returns an error message for the last field to select a pickup time.
Don't waste your time
This app just does not work. It needs to go back to the developers for a rewrite. Don't even waste your time.
Sorry it DOES NOT WORK!
Tried this app twice in the last month to no avail. Even though I am a "regular " for their service, and get email confirmations ok, the app can't reserve, can't add a reservation, and communication is much better via phone (this is Hawaii... Can only expect so much technology on an island)
