Garbage App
Tried to use this app for YEARS and it does not work. Can’t submit photos, it constantly crashes and freezes. Hermosa’s website confidently lists it on their contact and help pages as if it’s the smoothest, easiest thing to use. This is a farce. It doesn’t work! Either fix it or just remove any mention of it on your website until it does. Thanks.

Won’t open keeps crashing
Please fix the bug. I can’t even open the app without it crashing.
Can’t upload photos from library on iOS 13
After updating to iOS 13, I can no longer upload a photo from my library to add to my report. When I choose the option to select a photo from my library, the app will allow me to select a photo from my library, but once I select the photo, the app gets stuck. The photo is displayed, but there are no buttons available to click “next” once the photo is displayed. Hence, the app is stuck and the only way out is to kill the app. Please fix this. Thank you!
