Can’t cancel anything!
Terrible app. Easy to book but you can’t cancel. Even when you click amend of cancel there is no way to do it. You have to wait for a concierge and they don’t cancel or respond. Booked a taxi for a certain time and the app changed the date and time on me so I couldn’t cancel. I use these sorts of apps all the time and have never had this issue. If you’re at a bnb in the highlands just ask the bnb owner to book you a cab. Not worth the hassle.
