Missing Options
There are too many missing options that need to be here. For example I should not have to go do a Google search to be able to report a missed trash pick up, or to report a 72-hr/abandoned vehicle, etc.
Useless
No action was taken. They close all reports after 3 days whether the case is resolved or not.

Reports issues but no action
I’ve used this app several times to repost issues, but nothing ever gets addressed, and I never receive a genuine response. The city just cancels the repost, or pushes me off on someone else. What’s the point of using the app?
Need Feces cleanup service
Very helpful for lots of problems but not providing feces cleanup when outside neighbors smear hazmat waste on walls, sidewalks, and driveways is disheartening. If Long Beach is going to ignore the issue and create public psych wards they need to provide the same janitorial services of a psych ward.

The app only seems to give options for Winter rest, not Long Beach. Used to work great. 🤷♀️
Totally crappy app
If I could give this app is zero or -10 I would doesn’t even allow me to login it says it’s a non-secured server. Long Beach is the absolute worst service of any city around other than Los Angeles and that’s saying a lot
Good response time
The app is easy to use (just send Anonymous if you don’t have time to fill out the contact fields), and they respond quickly to picking up dumped mattresses and graffiti.
Useless
They just close everything that is reported but no action is taken.
Terrible, can we go back?
Terrible interface, slow, the map is useless, using two fingers to move around map is the same gesture to make the page larger/ smaller. Useless. The map doesn’t show street names.
New Update is Horrible
If your issue doesn’t fit in to one of their categories, the City is basically telling you to pound sand. You used to have the option of reporting something that didn’t fit into them but now, that is gone. This City hates it’s residents, and this just adds to the list why.
Terrible “upgrade”
I can’t imagine who thought this redesign was a good idea, but they’ve taken what was a fairly simple, elegant user interface and made it clunky and twice as hard to use. Your tax dollars at work in an government bureaucracy. I will now be less likely to report issues I come across. Go Long Beach, huh?

Bring back the old app
The old app was so easy to use! This new one is horrible!! What the heck happened?!
More steps???
Why did they make this less user friendly and added more steps to reporting something??? Please fix and streamline process as it used to be much quicker and easier.
5mb photo limit
Limit on photo size makes it impractical to take photos in the field. Requires multiple steps to size down the photos to add to app.

You can’t track your own submissions & there are no numbers to call. Hate it

It takes more steps to report an issue! I am still trying to log in, it doesn’t send me the email to change the password . If I try to create an account , the email sends me to the same page
