App works well, but login is not clear. Payment via credit card only (no Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.)
The Login option is used when you have signed up for a subscription (which gives you reduced rates if you are a regular toll roads user). The Guest option is used when you don’t have a subscription. I use the toll roads only a few times a year, so I don’t have a subscription. Because I use the app infrequently, I tend to forget that I’m supposed to use the Guest payment link, and when I click on the Login option, I get an error saying that my login is incorrect. Minor inconvenience, but still…
The good thing is that the app saves vehicle information under Guest (model, license plate), so no need to re-enter vehicle data each time.
Not so good: credit card payment only, no Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc. Which means that I enter my credit card info each time (the app does give you the option to save your credit card info).

Terrible App and Services
One day it decided that my log in wasn’t matching. Tried changing my password multiple times and would receive confirmation it was changed successfully. Only to find that the same error message would happen trying to log in with the new password via app and website. No one answers the phone, no way to email. They purposely try to get you to miss payments now so they can get more money from you.

Never had an issue , works like it should , people just love to complain..
Never a bad experience
I’ve been using this app for years and I’ve never had any issues with it. I’ve also contacted customer service in the past when necessary and have always received the help I needed. Be sure to input information accurately and completely and read all details. Also update your information accordingly to avoid issues. Not sure why other reviews have been so negative.
