Terrible App and Services
One day it decided that my log in wasn’t matching. Tried changing my password multiple times and would receive confirmation it was changed successfully. Only to find that the same error message would happen trying to log in with the new password via app and website. No one answers the phone, no way to email. They purposely try to get you to miss payments now so they can get more money from you.

Never had an issue , works like it should , people just love to complain..
Never a bad experience
I’ve been using this app for years and I’ve never had any issues with it. I’ve also contacted customer service in the past when necessary and have always received the help I needed. Be sure to input information accurately and completely and read all details. Also update your information accordingly to avoid issues. Not sure why other reviews have been so negative.

Glitchy and Painful to Use
This app never works. The website hardly ever works either. I couldn’t sign up to make an account, I just kept getting error codes. Ridiculous. Can our tax dollars just hire some better IT people? Update your systems already.
405 usage
Carpool charges not reversible if they cannot verify on the 405 system. CS could not verify my erroneous charges and not refund.
Toll road sucks
My aunt added me on her account and they are still making me pay for the toll road like fix yours guys bugs

I’d rather use the Fastrak website itself. This app makes you set up an entirely new account.

No longer able to add vehicles
Since the latest update, the add vehicle dialogue doesn't work anymore. I used to add my rental cars. Now you fill out the form and after you click save, it goes back to the list of vehicles and the one you just entered will not be there. Fail.

Hasn’t ever worked correctly for years. Horrible app. Worse than the Jamba Juice app. And that’s saying something.

I really don’t know why this app gets low ratings, I set this thing up to my debit card and as soon as it gets low it replenishes “ALL BY ITS SELF” why people complain boggles my mind, I don’t think the app has any difficulties. I think it’s the other end that has the difficulties. “Copy operator errors”!

I like the app
But it’s a little hard to pay the bill on the app for it to take it out when you’re driving, even though it tells me that I have money on my on my account, but I like it and it works perfect it’s just a little difficult

Clunky and annoying
This app is aggravating and old. Least convenient app experience they could’ve possibly made. And they’ll never fix it because it doesn’t matter. You pay your toll regardless and they couldn’t care less about creating a consumer friendly method to submit those payments.
Easy Pezy
I don’t know why one of the reviews got only 1 star! I am 73 and this app makes my payments seamlessly easy! I love that I can put $ into my account and have Toll Roads just take out what I’ve spent. Good job.
Fix the app and stop charging so much
Stupid app never works , always put money in the account or want to pay account and it says payment declined like wth
