Hasn’t been working for a week - please fix login

Can’t login the app, error message pops up. But not a big deal since I get the email for the bill - clicking pay now opens the website and it works fine.
Not being able to log in the app was inconvenient but shouldn’t stop others from paying their bill on the website itself.

Whenever I sign in I get an apology that the service is currently unavailable. Hasn’t been available for years.

App constantly broken

I can use the same login and password as the myenergycenter website as i do in the app and it never logs in. Always down for maintenance.
