Can’t change payment methods
This app used to be great. I’m not sure what happened, but I can’t remove an expired credit card, it won’t let me update the credit card with the new expiration date and it won’t let me add a new credit card. It only wants me to add something to a Wallet, which amounts to giving them a lot more of my money while I work off the balance. Please fix this!

Bad app, bad security, bad company
Very poor security on the app. My phone was locked in my pocket during a parking session. When I took my phone out a little later, I noticed there was a recent parking extension approved for +4 hours! I had plenty of time left on my meter and absolutely did not need an extension. When I contacted their support, they claimed they can’t do anything about it since they’re just a “pass through”for my city’s parking authority. I asked for at least a credit on my account to use for a future parking session, but their customer service just kept repeating how they can’t do anything and I should contact my city. They refused to take responsibility for the fact that their app is at fault. Getting in touch with any city’s parking authority is a huge pain. So they’re banking on customers just letting this go so they can keep the fees they’ve collected. What a scam.

Doesn't Work
Used this multiple times. Reliability is minimal and just got a ticket when I used it and now the records are not there. I would recommend just pay at the meter.
Needs improvements
App does not let me cancel a parking timer, and does not let you start a second timer in the same parking zone. What do I do when I accidentally set the parking meter for the wrong car, can’t cancel it, and then get a ticket?
Notifications Don’t Work
I have gotten so many parking tickets because the push notifications that my parking has expired disappear before I see them. There are no options to extend parking time, so I may be on my phone 5 minutes before my parking expires with no option to extend, but then get busy and not be on my phone for hours after and thus get a parking ticket. My work forces me to park on the street so I do not have another option. They do not work with AT&T so I can’t get text notifications. App support does not help.

Works fine but can't search for an address.
It works and functions well, but I can not search an address. It asks for the "zone number" and I don't know the zone number bro, I haven't arrived yet. I just want to look and see if there are available parking spots around so I could plan my trip. You know, common sense?
Terrible Security
Gave away everyone’s personal data but made up for it by giving everyone a dollar credit that had to be redeemed in four different parking payments.
Used to be great
I don’t know what happened but about 6 months ago the app just stopped working for me. I try to sign in but I get a “network error”. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling to no effect. It was really helpful when it worked. I turned 70 this year so I’m going to say it’s age discrimination.
Payment Options
Sure would be nice to remove old payment options. I have a card that was lost and deactivated. It’s my default card on the app and can’t get rid of it.
Loss of features
This app got rid of saved nicknames for cars. I have many plates of friends and visitors saved so this creates a lot of confusion. Nicknames are still in the settings but don’t save so it’s become useless. Very unfortunate development.
Does not do much or well
It doesn’t remember cards, doesn’t allow make a parking spot favorite (“Uh oh deprecated endpoint”, whatever it means), and forgets the login.
Too many pop ups
App forces me to resolve too many unnecessary pop ups to pay for parking.
Unable to see all Zones
Recently the app only shows a handful of zones, no matter how I zoom in or out, also with update. Many streets are not available. This is a big problem if you didn’t check the zone number on the street before leaving your car!

Paid for parking and still got a ticket
I paid for parking in the app and still got a ticket. My recommendation is to avoid public parking in Pittsburgh whenever possible.
Buggy
The app sometimes fails to transact. Data breach in 2021 is also concerning. I’d recommend switching to PayByPhone.
No ability to reserve spaces in the future
The regular ParkMobile app allows you to reserve parking spots in the future, so you can reserve parking for an event you know you’ll be attending. This app does not allow that to my knowledge. So you just have to wait until you’re there and hope for the best I guess?
You also cannot search by a location you type in. If you want to view parking for an area you are not physically at, you have to find the area by scrolling around on the map. Which is quite ridiculous for any modern app.

Payment issues
The app will glitch once a month and not accept any card/payment. I received a ticket because the app failed to accept any of my debit or credit cards
Meh
When it works, it works well. However it keeps dumping my information from the system. So yeah I’ll just take my chances with not paying. Good job app devs!
Disappointed
I was disappointed that I couldn't use apple pay to pay, despite it being listed as an option for payment. I was also disappointed that they are charging almost $1 more for 20 minutes than the on street meters are. I get that there's a price for convenience, but this seemed excessive.

Broken. Requires email link to sign in which fails
I can’t login to app because the email link never works. I need to use an alternative app. Please fix your broken awful login system.
