It doesn’t wok
After visiting a store today I was told about the app. Love the stores but the app doesn’t nothing. Pages are just blank and don’t load. Disappointed

App does not work, open pretty much any page and it just gives a blank screen. Won’t accept my discount card number either

Downloaded six times and absolutely useless, I do £1,000 a month in store and I miss out on huge discounts, your going to lose a customer

Like all the other reviews it's so slow to load everything like minutes long to load and the loyalty card does not recognise any input even scanning my card does not work. Good idea so like someone else said have to carry a loyalty card in this day and age What's the point it should be digital on my phone

Logging in!
Tried to log in but blank screen! Finally got to entering my name and membership number only to be told they couldn’t find any record of me. Tried the same details on the web site and got straight in?

Doesn’t work on iPhone
I wanted the app to add the loyalty card to save me carrying a physical one. Went to the App Store and showed that I had at one point had the app before. Downloaded again. Nothing works. I can select account or store finder and just get a blank screen. The only thing that appeared to work was add loyalty card. Put in my details and it couldn’t find me. So then tried scanning my physical card and still can’t find me.

Not worth downloading
Downloaded this app and it was absolutely useless. When selecting any of the menu options it returned with a blank screen, and remained that way for a number of minutes. Decided to remove the app and go to the website instead.
Redownloaded, to see if any better, what a shocker, it wasn’t. Obviously the developers don’t read or take any notice of the reviews.
If I could give this minus score then I would, it’s abysmal!!!
