The app tells me I can change the color of the insurance card but doesn’t tell me how to do it. I don’t want to waste my ink printing in red or blue. Also I can’t change the size of the paper to a small wallet size

Having “hard braking” as a factor is a terrible idea
I’ve had 2 instances where I’ve had to stop at a yellow light, otherwise I would have ran a red light which would be a ticketable offense. Yet I get low scores for hard braking. They claim that “not all hard braking is bad driving” yet they still punish you for doing it.

Everything is easy to find and well explained. I love having my info right in my apple wallet, and able to share with my insured family members, even if they don’t have the app.

Rude customer service and claims department
Dropped us without notice and we did not have any late payments or claims or tickets for several years but they dropped us without notifying us. Crooks!!!!!
