Wish customization included trimming car list
When I need to prove insurance to get a loaner car when I have a car in the shop, I don’t want to provide them a list of all the cars I have
Mostly good
I really like the app. It’s very helpful and mostly good. Mostly because you can’t read all of a message in the popup windows or boxes. It does nothing when you tap on it to read it. When you hit continue, it moves to the next topic. So, not helpful there.
Great
Best and clear app
Insurance
awesome !!
Best insurance app ever!
Easy, fast, super convenient.
Great app
Thanks for a great app.

Need instructions
The app tells me I can change the color of the insurance card but doesn’t tell me how to do it. I don’t want to waste my ink printing in red or blue. Also I can’t change the size of the paper to a small wallet size
PEMCO is great insurance but app want friendly

Awesome insurance
Quick, easy, seamless
The app is very responsive. It doesn't hang or spend minutes executing any action. features like storing your insurance on Wallet are very helpful.
It also connects me to one of the best companies in Washington State.

Having “hard braking” as a factor is a terrible idea
I’ve had 2 instances where I’ve had to stop at a yellow light, otherwise I would have ran a red light which would be a ticketable offense. Yet I get low scores for hard braking. They claim that “not all hard braking is bad driving” yet they still punish you for doing it.
Intuitive Insurance App
Easy to navigate. Contains all the relevant information I might need to stay organized and/or quickly respond to a potential claim. Well done, PEMCO!
Convenient
Everything is easy to find and well explained. I love having my info right in my apple wallet, and able to share with my insured family members, even if they don’t have the app.
Online payment system
Doesn’t work- completely frustrating- waste of time- won’t take payment-
Great App!
Easy to use. All my information at my fingertips.
Great app
Thanks for a great app.
Excellent service
Been with PEMCO for 13 years. They are incredible and fair in pricing
Great app
The app is straightforward and easy to use, does what it says on the tin. Options to customize the virtual card before sending it to Apple Wallet is a nice touch.
Rude customer service and claims department
Dropped us without notice and we did not have any late payments or claims or tickets for several years but they dropped us without notifying us. Crooks!!!!!
Best insurance app ever!
Easy, fast, super convenient.
