Wish customization included trimming car list

When I need to prove insurance to get a loaner car when I have a car in the shop, I don’t want to provide them a list of all the cars I have

Need instructions

The app tells me I can change the color of the insurance card but doesn’t tell me how to do it. I don’t want to waste my ink printing in red or blue. Also I can’t change the size of the paper to a small wallet size
