The PEMCO iGadget app allows PEMCO property inspectors to take photos of property and annotate them with speech-to-text conversion. The inspectors can also evaluate the property and fill out a questionnaire. The app will then generate an inspection report and allow the property inspector to upload the report directly to PEMCO's service that indexes and stores it.
