worst gig app ever. don’t care about drivers only care about sender and receiver. if you are late to delivery they will cut money from your account. and if some reason you can’t reach at the run. they will deduct money from your account and say its you fault not to reach. sometime very rude customer service i will be contacting fair work it should been banned in australia

Mobile number intake doesn’t work properly
I’m trying to sign up with my real mobile number and it isn’t working. The number intake visually has 4 numbers then 3 and 3 numbers separated. This is clearly an app error.

Giving deliveries itself and deducting money for not doing it. I did not accepted delivery and it is showing cancellation fee ???? I did run for $100 and they charged me $56 for cancelling the job that they showed me while I was working ,???

They hold your money for wrong dispute and they blame driver for everything

Disappointing Pay for the Work
I’ve been using this app for a while now, and honestly, I expected better. The concept of offering flexible delivery jobs sounds great, but the reality falls short. The pay is extremely low for the amount of effort you have to put in. After factoring in fuel costs, wear and tear on your vehicle, and the time spent on deliveries, it barely feels worth it.
What’s worse is that there’s no transparency in how they calculate pay, and you often find yourself working long hours only to end up with a paycheck that doesn't match the effort. Customer support is almost non-existent, and there’s no real incentive or bonus for doing more deliveries.
I understand this is supposed to offer flexibility, but flexibility doesn’t mean being underpaid for hard work. Unless they improve their compensation model, I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone looking to make a decent living. There are better alternatives out there.

Very easy to get blocked your money and they don’t care how much you wait and spend on fuel
They give you RUN less than 12 hours by starting it and then if you cancel it because of your personal or car reasons, they will charge you 30% of the cost of run for NOTHING ( they tell that it will be charged because of cancelling the run before the 24 hour the starting time🤦🏻♂️ But you accepted it just before 12 hours )

I haven’t been on this long but I'm on multiple other apps so here’s my 2 cents:
Merit system and deducting pay is very risky to take on as a driver. What if you are down rated for reasons out of your control? Traffic, car breakdown etc. Seems like a money grab to me and shows this company does not care about the wellbeing of their drivers. There are other ways to mitigate poor service of drivers that doesn’t involve money gauging them.
The app is way too busy. It’s a full time job just trying to win jobs who will go to desperados that will just undercut you.
Theres too many steps involved in completing a delivery. Time consuming, counterintuitive, and makes you apprehensive to start using the app as you’re afraid you may make a mistake. The app also needs a refresh, it’s dated and I’ve even noticed spelling mistakes.
The pay is lousy when you factor in time and expenses. Either up your prices or decrease your cut. The drivers are doing the work and taking on the majority of the operational costs for delivering these goods.

Time Consuming App
Even though you, as a driver, have done everything the application asks of you, they constantly call you and threaten you by saying that if you do not do this, we will close your account. Sometimes you have to wait for packages for 30-40 minutes, but they do not pay your waiting fee. As a driver, I warn my friends who want to make money by using this application, please use another application. I would like to point out that you cannot make money with go people, do not waste your time with this application.

Hii friends i am using this app from last 7 months this app is worst app don't use this app instead of using this app please make money in uber and menu log app, Go people app is worst app i have seen if your doing any shift suppose you have taken run of gold coast or any far run and complete the run and after its goes for confirming the deliveries suppose by mistake you have problem with one delivery wrong they will stuck your money of whole shift and will waste a lot of time to resolve the problem, in every week i make 4-5 shift but if 1-2 deliveries mistake happen they block our money and we have to wait around 14-15 days and after that they will deduct delivery charges. WORST APP because i am giving my own example i am putting this review because yesterday i got job of 153 $ the run was gold coast side 7 drop off the rain was heavy m, in one of the delivery customer raised dispute about delivery and now they have blocked 100$ where is the fuel. Your whole shift goes into the garbage. So i request not to use app.
