Crashes after new update
Cant even open the app after the new update for IOS.
Not Good
This app is really bad. I really wish you’d go with another company to work on your app. I’m trying to open it right now and all it does is come up and go right back off. Come up and go right back off. It’s hard to tell what your bill actually is sometimes one part says you owe this much. Another part says you’re good. Never can tell then you start getting phone calls. And signing off as a task also you have to actually look for it. It’s just a horrible and difficult all the way around.

Try to login it take me directly to a change password page. I don’t want to change my password, but whatever, it’s the only page that opens. I try to change my password but it keeps telling me I’m not following the rules of changing password. I am. This app and their website both don’t work and do the exact same thing. It’s been like this for weeks. Don’t use this company. It’s who they hire to program their products. This is the kind of company ruining our country.

Awful Application
Invoices don’t match what the application says you owe. Very odd random amounts listed just recently. Phone calls to company won’t resolve the issue. Online “Chat” never is available and nobody at the company has a clue what is going on with the online application. Strongly recommend not using application and paying only with checks or paper invoices. This is very serious situation. WARNING! Company system does not match application results. My question, does faulty application and “owed amounts” listed constitute “mail or wire fraud?”
