I’m not whose 6th grade nephew created this App but it’s awful. Shame on the venues that force people to utilize it. Your customer service or lack there of is bottom of the barrel.

We ordered tickets that have not materialized and it’s half an hour before the show. Huge stress trying to communicate with this amateur hour company. Beware! App has not been updated in 3 years and it shows!
Nightmare for my 80 year old mother
I had to make an emergency tech support visit to parents house over their panic over this confusing experience. Says tickets are available on a certain date but they are not, with no explanatory message like is common with other ticket providers. App is a disaster too. User experience poor with a distracting ad at top!

Most Confusing Ticket System
This app is a nightmare for any concertgoer. Tens of useless emails and only serves as a middle man between you and the actual venue or a larger site like Ticketmaster.

I was able to find Cody Johnson tickets close to the stage for an incredible price! I had no issues opening or operating the app & tickets were delivered quickly to my e-mail.
