What's New in Go
1.1
October 3, 2026
Setting your own limits is a different job now. Grab a bar anywhere to move the nearest value — you no longer have to catch the number itself, and once you're dragging you can move your finger wherever it's comfortable. The value you're setting lifts clear of your fingertip so you can actually see it. Green and red move independently, so widening one no longer drags the other along with it, and a red limit can't be pushed off the end of the bar and lost. The seven-day timeline is bigger and easier to scrub. Hours after dark are dimmed, so a clear run at 3am reads as what it is, and you can see sunrise and sunset drift across the week. Opening the tab marks the hour you're in. There's also a shortcut straight from the timeline to that activity's limits. And the colours now say what they mean: green is go, yellow is workable, red is no-go. The morning heads-up now arrives every morning — your next twelve hours as a row of coloured squares — and is part of Pro. The app now opens straight to your seven-day timeline, with any weather alerts at the top. New widget: your next 24 hours as a single row of squares, on the Home Screen or right under the clock on your Lock Screen.
