Can’t use the app
Tried adding my payment method but nothing happens
Doesn’t save tariff costs
Disappointing app, basic features and doesn’t save key data which would make it useful like the cost of your personal electric tariff so you know how much a charge session costs. Please developers, get this fixed.
App does not remember
Had this charger installed in jan, only started using it yeaterday and the app will not remember the price i set for electricity for my own personal use. Also it will not remember what car i have. Ive changed the details several times but it never saves them
