Claim no drivers but yet you see one in the exact area picking up that was needed.
Always try and drop off at the wrong location even tho it’s all set in advanced.

Used to be reliable
It was reliable for getting to work for a few months, most of the drivers are friendly and personable. As it began to hit wintry months, I kept getting booted to the back of the queue when the driver got nearby. 200+ min wait times are obscene for somebody who had been waiting 45 mins already.
Bad service
You can hardly book a ride ever on this app , and drivers are absurd one time a driver wouldn’t even come to my pickup spot! I called multiple times and got no answer later my ride was canceled. I have a hard time getting rides!

Y’all should stop letting just anybody with a license drive. Half these people are inconsiderate(make me walk far with a baby in car seat), rude and drive Crazy!!! It’s my only option right now but I can’t wait until I no longer need these services. I have met a couple people that were pleasant but I can’t get jiggy with this

Thank goodness for this ride sharing app for Muskegon residents who need help commuting nearby Muskegon. 10/10!
Do NOT Use
I have been using the Go2 app successfully for awhile now, lately it’s been charging me for rides I never got. There have been many complaints about the app regarding a wide variety of issues. No one from the company has addressed them. Today, I was again charged for a ride I never got. Tried to buy ride credits because the app glitched out and couldn’t read either of my credit cards, both had way more than enough to cover my ride this morning. I was unable to refunded for the credits I bought but did not use. I also had a problem with my ride credits prior to this. I was charged even though I had credits and never actually got the credits used. Do no not use. Do not recommend. I’d rather pay more to have it done right than to have it done wrong and have nothing to show for it. As bad as the local cab company is pay more, wait and take the cab. Heck, take a bus, take a Uber but do not take a Go2. I requested a delete my account and got ride of the app. Save yourself time, trouble and money.

Great drivers, terrible system
It’s very useful as a last resort, but nothing much more than that. It is unreliable. The system is terribly flawed. Customer support does not seem willing to improve it either after multiple complaints.

I really appreciate having to go to service. It is convenient beyond words, especially since the bus schedule has been shortened. The drivers are friendly, the ride is comfortable, pick up and delivery is pretty swift. I only have one complaint and that is you don’t have enough drivers. There are times when I have to go someplace and I can’t get a ride. I’m sure you’re working on it. Keep up the good work. It is a much-needed service for those of us who don’t like having to travel by bus. That’s the only reason why I’m giving you three stars. Otherwise you will get five
