New update sucks
New update made things worse and now I can’t scan items and need to manually enter them. Will be looking into competitors.

Does one thing well
It does make sending items into fba easier. Support is non existent . Have had lots of issues. It does connect to USA, but if you sell on other countries the sales do not report . Tried changing billing plans for months with no success including. The help said change it to annual and I can’t get it . I am cancelling the plan. In stead of supporting the core they are about to launch more paid services … I am suspect of them because proof is in the pudding. But believe me they know how to collect their $49 subscription fee . My card was compromised and they suspended me. Nothing working right after they unsuspended me and I can’t get it working

Software lacking features and support doesn’t help when you have issues. Went back to my old software after 1 day.
