It won’t let me add my kids to my account
I have only myself and my oldest child on my account. When I add my second child, it will show the name at first but then it removes it and starts telling me that the info for my youngest three doesn’t match anyone. So I guess I can only access the accounts for me and my oldest.
The app doesn’t seem terrible overall but this is a huge issue.

No minor
It keeps asking me for my minor, I don’t have one and I can’t use the app. I called them Monday morning it’s Wednesday afternoon and still haven’t heard anything back from them

i was just saying in my head as downloading i don’t know how yall have terrible reviews app has always worked for me and my kids but i recently went to get a well check up and go to sign in to redeem and now all the sudden my profile is locked ? be for real yall need to fix the bugs in the app or fix whatever yall keep doing to this app.

Should be no stars
Nothing from this company works ever. I have not been able to get into my account for months and every time I call they tell me it’ll be fixed. Months later and still nothing.
Horrible app it,s worthless
This app doesn’t work. It will continue to say “tap to load” but will never load% this has been going on for over a year. I believe it is done on purpose so they don’t have to pay the rewards out to consumers. Because they have no advice on how to fix the issue. This app is worthless
Absolutely Rubbish
I’ve had this app for a couple years now and in the past it worked great. Maybe on the slow side but didn’t have any problems with it. Now I do. Just recently had my annual checkup with you receive $50 after your primary healthcare bills your insurance, right? Not now! Yes I know it may take up to 90 days to receive but that’s ridiculous to allow that much leeway. I would rather it take less time to receive. Should only take no more than a month.I know my insurance has already received the billing. It’s been 9 days since my checkup. Where is it?! I feel like I’m being ripped off since this is a free app!
Time to add on to this review. Now the app refuses to load like I’ve seen from other reviews. Funny, it’s a coincidence that this happened considering the fact that I complained about delays on receiving rewards. This is bogus! This needs fixing, NOW!
Edit: I have bumped up to 3 stars because I can finally use the app again. I finally received my rewards. However, those issues must not persist. It’ll still need to be fixed.

I haven’t been able to see my account in over 6months. I’ve called and uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing
Absolute Garbage
Can’t event log in. Keep getting We’re sorry, undefined is currently down for maintenance. Please try again later. It’s been 5 or more days now. I lost track. Starting to wonder if I made a mistake in switching insurance.
