Unable to get into go365 with app had to go through myhumana app

Please fix . I have called & was told I would get a call back & haven’t yet. App won’t let me past the add a child. There is no child on my account.

I’ve been attempting to log in and the message says a passcode text will be sent and it never is.

I’m having trouble getting logged into my account and it keeps saying that I have an alert and to call a phone number and I have called and told them that the app isn’t working properly and not updating anything that I have done in my activity
Well…
The app was working just fine for me until the update yesterday. Now it won’t allow me to log in and just says “There is an error in xml document 2, 17”

After the last update I haven’t been able to login again, it keeps saying error!!

I was able to use app to claim rewards previously. Was forced to update and now I can’t access. I have rewards that I can’t claim.

Gift cards were not active
I ordered Walmart gift cards then I received them. Went to store to buy groceries with them and while checking out the cashier said there was no money on the cards so I had to put my groceries back.

I can’t redeem my 1 reward at all so I haven’t done any more

The app doesn’t work
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, but it’s still broken and doesn’t work. When you go into the app, it says error, tap to retry! I can’t even go to the store to redeem my points for gift cards! Absolute garbage at this point. Fix your junk!
Glitchy no support
The app is demanding I have a minor so I can’t get in. I can’t access reporting other things I’ve done in the browser. Some tests I have are showing up, I’ve had pancreatic cancer since February & have had double the tests showing up. Since customer care isn’t working I can’t get help getting them added. Would be great if it worked

Not functional
The app doesn’t work. It always has a glitch - can’t login, messages and notifications that say “exception”, and when I finally got my points loaded and was able to cash them in, I placed an order that was “successfully cancelled” for some reason and my points were never returned to me. Whenever I speak to support on the phone about whatever issue I’m having, they just say “yeah we’re aware of the problem. Maybe try another time.”
Might as well just forget the program exists, you’re not likely to get anything from it.
