The app insists I registered a minor and must re-register that minor. Never registered a minor and can’t use the app at all.
App glitches
It won’t let me log in using the app. Online is fine but it glitches when I use the app on my phone. I’ve tried everything and have gotten nowhere it keeps saying undefined is down for maintenance but it’s been days

It won’t let me add my kids to my account
I have only myself and my oldest child on my account. When I add my second child, it will show the name at first but then it removes it and starts telling me that the info for my youngest three doesn’t match anyone. So I guess I can only access the accounts for me and my oldest.
The app doesn’t seem terrible overall but this is a huge issue.
