Not user friendly
The app does not work by itself. Especially for apple devices. You fine if you have android or android tablets or computers windows and apple computers fine. All of the other apple devices, No updates to the app for any of its problems that I have reported. You don’t have to worry about me redownloading this app. Useless.

AEP is right around the corner, please fix
My sign-in works via web browser not on the app. Keeps locking me out and IT is trash! Get it together if you want us write business this AEP.
Won’t allow me to log in.
It won’t let me sign in. I tried to sign in and it said that my account was locked because of too many log in attempts, when it was my first time logging in.
Update for iPad Pro 11
The iPad Pro 11 came out in 2018 and Apple just released the second generation of this tablet. The screen is still fitted to the older model of the iPad, the 9.7 and/or 10.5 models. Please allow me to use the entire 11 in screen.
Also there’s a little bit of a lag when the member is signing. It was not there a few versions ago but it is on there now and it is a little annoying.

Not good
Back on the 17th. No good. Today weeks later disappointed. I was having trouble starting an application offline. No good. Had to use MAPA. Competitors like Ascend, UHC, and Cigna work beautiful!
