Terrible Service
I ordered a Fitbit on 7/1/2026 and here it is 7/7/2026 and the app says they are working on my order since then. These people want me to get all my prescriptions from them and there is no way on earth that would convince me to ever do that. Humana should be ashamed of being associated with this horrible service
Update as of 7/9/2026 my fitbit order is still being filled. This company needs reported to the BBB!!

My item is still not arrived as of today. Your info on app says it is being returned to sender yet fedex shows in transit to Des Moines Will it ever be delivered???
Stay away from centerwell they are worthless.

Help
I have no automatic refills but I keep getting messages that you are refilling Rxs. Now I do need a prescription refilled. How do I get it and another done? I have received prescriptions that I do not need, did not request, no longer use, but, I fear, have been charged to my Humana account. Trying to work with CenterWell is confusing.

Orders take 2 weeks, items out of stock. And nothing has changed!
Over the counter
Very slow to get order I ordered on July 6 and now it’s the 12th and it hasn’t even shipped yet. And it’s one thing They wanted me to get my meds from here but I won’t they are to slow this is why I will never get my meds from here instead of this pharmacy I wish I had otc to purchase my over the counter myself
