Great Benefit to Have!
For the past several years, I have been shopping both online and at Walmart for all of my OTC needs. This company is amazing! I recommend them to anyone that is offered this benefit as part of your yearly benefits! Thank you! God bless everyone who is reading this right now!
Needs Major Improvements
Not user friendly especially for seniors or those not tech savvy. Items clearly typed do not come up in search and require multiple clicks to find items. Items selected and placed in cart show up one moment and missing shortly thereafter. Available balance is inconsistent and orders cancelled or delayed without notification to phone or email.

Non function applications
You need to make your app function much better. I have not been able to order from my OTC BENEFITS the 3 months. I had to call one of your operators to get the September order. This is completely unacceptable. I need thing like incontinence pads and diapers but they are not available. We should be able to buy any kind of food sold in each store. I eat very healthy and the foods offered are not healthy. I also lost July and August funds because your app didn’t work. Before July it was very hard to order anything. You have to fix this problem. I can talk but other people have a big problem when things work right so what do you think they can do with this. If you do care about seniors at all you would make much easier to use.

Some glitches
It’s easy app to use but there always areas that glitch and then say “something went wrong” which means absolutely nothing. Happened when trying to enter card info several times.
