Doesn’t Work on iPad Pro 11 inch.
App opens oversized and is unusable on the 2 iPad Pro’s I’ve had while with Alignment. I’ve reported it numerous times and they have done nothing to fix it. Clunky on iPhone but get done what it needs to.

Broken links. Pages won’t load.
Doesn’t let you pay your premium
This app doesn’t even have an option where to pay for your premium and their website is just as bad it’ll show up a sign data is invalid and it just stays stuck on that page. Both the app and online need to be fixed to pay your premiums.
Cannot log in
I’m new to this plan and I have been billed my first statement and I’m trying to create an account to pay it and it does not let me create an account I fill in all the info and on the final Step is just stuck there like no response
Horrible
I moved from a different state and had to sign up for a different medicare health plan they told me Alignment was great the best in this area well two months in a row. My plan has not been activated in December 2025. It didn’t get activated till almost the end of the month and I was assured that it was going to be activated for 2026 and again I’m on the phone every day not activated. Well it takes time for the system to update. Excuse me I should not have had to have this problem in the first place.
