Very confusing website
I find this website confusing and I cannot even log into my account
TOO MANY ANNOYING F GLITCHES
This thing is awful. Every time I try to book a ride online online whenever they ask me to it keeps logging me out after a few seconds if I need to find the exact address for this stupid thing, and certain addresses are not available for pick up you have to call in to do it. And the staff regarding the transportation section are ignoramuses. don’t waste your time, extremely frustrating very very, very frustrating.

Not working
Just started giving me problems can’t log in.
Bug
I don’t know how else to reach you but I can’t sign onto app or website. Some weird glitch is happening when signing on. I tried rebooting; it didn’t work. Message on screen: object reference not set to an instance of on object.
App Does Not Let Me Log In
Been trying to login through the app but it keeps stating “Object Reference Not Set to an instance of an object” I don’t even know what that means! App is unusable.
Great app but…
Today tried to log in on my phone and it kept trying to over and over like in a loop. I did take a screen shot and copied what the problem message said, so it said Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Then it would try to log in again and every time same message. I would hope you know how to fix or have an update soon or I may have to delete the app because right now it’s useless I can’t check on my orders or even order anything or check my balances…

Costs
It would be nice to sort by cost in case say you have $5.50 left to spend it would nice to sort items from least costly to most costly
Terrible App
I can’t scan any products at the store because it just spins around and never finishes and if I put the bar code number in it will tell me if it’s an eligible product but then the screen freezes and I have to close it out and restart again. The screen freezes a lot just looking on the app and I have to close it out again. Very frustrating when trying to find eligible products :(

Unable to Scan Barcodes
Sadly, this app is unable to correctly use my iPhone 16 Pro Max’s camera to read bar codes. I am using the latest version of the app on the latest version of iOS. Technical support is nonexistent.
Ridiculous Prices
Ordering a product is a breeze once you establish your account. However, the prices of these items are very, very inflated compared to Walmart. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of Senior Citizens.
I hate having to use you, but I will not let you take my measly $20.00 when you are making so much more money from us. I think UHC should investigate your prices or allow us to use Walmart, if everyone used them it would force you to take a closer look at your prices.

OTC
If Nations Benefits is planning to only allow OTC purchases, I will be changing my advantage plan.
Scan items-NOT in today’s version
They claim to let you scan items in store to see what is eligible but digging around for more than a half hour I never found where the scan feature was hidden. Gets 1 star for hiding it IF it’s even there & 3 stars for being able to check balances & find stores.
