Non function applications
You need to make your app function much better. I have not been able to order from my OTC BENEFITS the 3 months. I had to call one of your operators to get the September order. This is completely unacceptable. I need thing like incontinence pads and diapers but they are not available. We should be able to buy any kind of food sold in each store. I eat very healthy and the foods offered are not healthy. I also lost July and August funds because your app didn’t work. Before July it was very hard to order anything. You have to fix this problem. I can talk but other people have a big problem when things work right so what do you think they can do with this. If you do care about seniors at all you would make much easier to use.

Some glitches
It’s easy app to use but there always areas that glitch and then say “something went wrong” which means absolutely nothing. Happened when trying to enter card info several times.
Groceries
It was very easy to order. The app guides you through every step of the way. Prices are extremely high though I probably won’t order a lot of things from them because of it. This was my first time ordering online.
Order partly missing. They couldn’t replace it or refund it. Very disappointed.

Every time I go to look at vitamins the app freezes. Very frustrated 😠
Also, I would like to be able to search for what I need without having to look 👀 at everything.

It logs me out every ten seconds
Half the time it isn’t correct when I scan an item to see if it’s eligible

Poor quality products! Price gouging!!
This is such a ripoff!! Overpriced, dollar store quality! You are dealing with a bunch of seniors here. Just one example…. Old ladies like lotion.!!! What do you have to offer here. Not even name brand ! I could on and on, but I highly doubt you will change.

Unhealthy food options
Most of the food options offered are processed foods that are full of sugar. In fact, many are condemned by consumer watchdog groups. If I were allowed to pick my own food, I’d choose much more healthy options and save money. Looks like Nations Benefits is in league with big corporations. Nations Benefit might as well call itself corporate benefits because it doesn’t do anything really healthy for the customer’s benefit.
