The choices of products is very limited. Not many name brands and very limited choices on everyday items like vitamins, toothpaste, etc. Also it seems like they have the same items every month and never add anything new. Would like to see more desirable and useful items added to this service

Login Issues
I have not been able to log in for 3 months. When I call customer service they tell me app experiencing bug glitches and they are working on it. Over 3 months and still can’t log in is insane!

This benefit card has really been reliable transportation wise and has helped me get around as well as help get necessities of food.
Quantity of pills unknown
When ordering 125 mg vitamin D3 nowhere did it tell how many pills are in the bottle I’m buying which makes it unknown. How many bottles I need. Very poor communication of quantity.

Doesn’t let you go to Nations benefits store online takes me straight to Safeway which rips you off by taxes and delivery. For 45 dollars is not helping us at all.

Not always stable app
For a LONG TIME, no one was fixing the bugs in this app and we had to call every single month to relay that message. Very frustrating. Though there are improvements now, the app search function is not smart. If you search for Mayo, nothing comes up. You have to type the entire word.
Scanning has disappeared
The ability to scan is no longer available in my app…I’ve deleted and reloaded the app and still don’t have it
Pricey
The website is easy and convenient but the prices are much higher than I had with CVS OTC through Johns Hopkins Medicare Advantage.
