I liked United Health mail order better
I recently changed from United Health to Humana.
My interaction with OptumRx was smooth and seamless.
Using CenterWell no so. Many orders that say on its way still remain on orders list but never received. Same with canceled orders which I never canceled.
Also a Rx that I had 2 refills left disappeared from refill list…they even couldn’t find the original the original Rx number!!

Horrible
Decided to do refills thru this pharmacy. What a joke. It took over 2 weeks to get medicine that we ran out. I actually agreed to fed ex charge to get the medicine. You people are playing with peoples lives. Some need medication to function & live day to day. And now the app & website has not been loading for over 2 weeks. I think next year I will find a prescription plan. This company needs to get their act together

Very sneaky, not transparent
They do not update the info on the app often enough. For example, the app will show for days that an order is being filled and they will notify you when it ships. And you are following with great anticipation. And then, all of a sudden, it will show cancelled! No other info. No “heads up” as to problems encountered. No request for you to contact them. Very sneaky. Not transparent. The app is truly there so you may add Rx from other pharmacies quickly and easily and for their benefit!

Slow as molasses
I’ve been waiting for my prescription for two weeks. Now I’m stuck because my prescription is stuck with fed ex. What a scam. Never again!!
The Worst
CenterWell is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The app is always inaccurate. Refills take a minimum of 4-5 calls to finally get delivered.

Your database is sorely lacking of up to date information by users. Every UPDATE removes fields which were helpful to users in the past. Information given to CSrs are not reflected on the site. CSReps lie since any solutions applied to my issues has never materialized. The bugs are many and not user friendly in the least. Information differs greatly between the APP AND using the browser. You completely mishandled a Prescriptions that requires a signature
I guess you forgot that you are serving an older population
Why for God sake do you need to ask 20,000 questions of Elderly populations because one of the reasons I’m saying that is because I have Alzheimer’s and a lot of us do. Why are you purposely making this hard? Also, why does it take so long to get my medication? I used you once before I moved and you literally would not bring my medication. Is that gonna be how it is now can I really not trust you again?

Worst app ever. Almost impossible to navigate.
Over inflated prices!
The app works fine and it’s easy to navigate and to order product. That’s where it ends. All of their prices are over inflated!
Update changed it to one star the app does not work most of the time when you try to change stuff it doesn’t happen and they don’t inform you when you are going to get your deliverIes!!!

App does not give accurate information or price information
POOR SERVICE
You show on your records you deliver more items than you actually do you continually do this your Customer Service rep say no that you didn’t do it on my phone when I check on your company website. It shows me that I’m done. I’m tired of doing business with a company that’s continually making errors. I have two items that have told me they’ve been in process. For almost 2 weeks you charge me money at my bank, but no delivery. I tried to cancel your rep says not sure whether it will go through or not.

Not “Stellar”
APP provides an “800” number for most functions and that basically puts you into a “phone tree”. Basically you can’t accomplish much with APP. and the 800# is not much better.
Still sucks
Been using CenterWell for many years. APP has always been wonky but useable. Every update seems to make it even wonkier. If I could get 90 day scripts from CVS or Walmart, I would be using them.
App won’t work
I’ve tried loading and reloading the app. I am having no success. It worked for me for one order and now I receive a flat that says to try again later. Customer service just said to reload app and that didn’t work.

Center well is efficient. I appreciate the company. However, I’ve asked several times to invoice me instead of using my debit card on file. They have done as I’ve asked each time but somehow on the next order they use my debit card.They are still using my card they have on file. I am on a fixed income and I can pay certain weeks.

Nonfunctional
App does not mirror the browser version. Tech support was called 3 times assuring me it would work once I deleted and reinstalled. Horrible CS. They will transfer you without explaining to that person what the problem is, so you’ll have to start from the beginning. 4 hours on the phone with no fix. Extremely frustrating and annoyed.
