Baffling
I’m cannot figure out why some of my prescriptions get canceled, and why weeks after they have been ordered, CenterWell tells me they are working on my prescriptions that I have been out of for two weeks!

OTC issue
I recently spoke with pharmacy OTC regarding my quarterly OTC ending 9/30/21. I explained that I tried to check out several times without success. I took snapshots of error messages stating error was on humana side. I thought I would deal with it at a later date. I left phone conversation disappointed in results. Can you correct things and add back to my account? Thx David.

Medication list
Not customer friendly. All of my medications cannot be seen, past and present. I got a message that two of my medications had not been approved by my doctor, but these are medications I take regularly. I just saw my doctor this week and no changes were made regarding the two medications In question. Now those medications do not even show up in my list.

App fine, service horrible
My dog’s meds are cleared and shipped faster than this! “Thanks for your order, we’ll contact your doctor.” They don’t. When a week passes and you’ve heard crickets, you decide to see if it has shipped. Nope. So you contact your doctor directly and they instantly confirm they’ve notified the “pharmacy.” And after a week, for a common drug, they are STILL working on it. I thought 2.5 weeks was plenty of time to get a refill. Nope. This was not a one-off experience. It. Happens. Every. Time. If you can avoid using CenterWell, you should. If you need something right away, don’t use them.

Terrible app
App does not work for anything. Upon login, it asks for permission to review perscriptions, and responds with a message: “well that didn’t work, try again”

No meds! Co-pays!
This is the second time this year my trilogy is way late! I need it to breathe! 1st time it was 5 weeks! This time it has been 3 weeks!
Then I’m told I’ve got to pay $174 both times. I PAID it! I cannot continue this way! Late and exorbitant!

Mail order, drug nightmare
I tried them for two months. They messed up my order both months. I didn’t receive my meds in a timely fashion, and was told things that were not true.

Confusing Letter
I received a letter from you stating the prescription I requested was either not covered or required approval by my plan. It also stated you were working with my plan and prescriber to resolve the issue.
Aren’t you my plan and my prescriber? It was then suggested I check the status by logging into your website. There was the prescription waiting to be added to my “cart” so it could be delivered. Ugh!
A text message telling me to go online or a phone call and order my new prescription would have been less stressful and saved you paper, a stamp, and money.
