New app?
Why did my app disappear? Why is my prescription list mostly gone? Why are my autofill prescriptions not auto filling? Seems that this app is different every time I use it. Please fix it.

Can’t update my Centerwell app because it requires a 16 iOS or later phone. I cannot afford a newer phone. This is frustrating and ridiculous. It was fine until then.

It's not possible to order over-the-counter items on this app... There's nothing that takes you to that section.... same problem with the website

Horrific communication
Was down to my last few days of a medication. Spent nearly 30 on phone with them starting I needed the medication urgently. They said there were two rxs with them so they just didn’t fill either. Said they would cancel one and fill the other. Waited two days and found out they just cancelled both rxs and sent nothing. Terrible customer service

Not user friendly
This app does not let me see my list of medications making it difficult to reorder. The app basically shows as everything is blank. Not a good app at all!
Blood pressure medicine has been held up for second time is Centerwell failing ??
Due to twice not having my med on time from Centerwell I am out AGAIN !! Blood pressure at that ??????? And due to calls rerouting to out of country & foreign advocates who cannot speak English … I have been on hold 20 minutes twice !! Only explanation was “. Our system is down & told to call back later “???????
