Fun app but it has Glitches
I really enjoy this app and it’s a wonderful concept but I messaged the company three times already asking them if they could fix the app. But sadly no replies. The app says that I won three tournaments but I never received my gift cards. It’s already been half a week and nothing happened. I also noticed when I try to look at my past tournaments they would not upload and an Error message would appear. One more thing what is the point system. I don’t understand it; I have almost a thousand points. I don’t see a gift card store. I just see an empty bar with a $5 and a $10 sign. Please, help me. I want to give you guys five stars but you will need to respond and fix the app first.
