I really enjoy this app and it’s a wonderful concept but I messaged the company three times already asking them if they could fix the app. But sadly no replies. The app says that I won three tournaments but I never received my gift cards. It’s already been half a week and nothing happened. I also noticed when I try to look at my past tournaments they would not upload and an Error message would appear. One more thing what is the point system. I don’t understand it; I have almost a thousand points. I don’t see a gift card store. I just see an empty bar with a $5 and a $10 sign. Please, help me. I want to give you guys five stars but you will need to respond and fix the app first.

Cool app, one SMALL problem
So this app is actually really interesting how it puts users in tournaments for gift cards. From a gameplay perspective the games are actually really fun and challenging, however, when It comes to setting up the email for your account (where your gift cards get sent to) it’s bugged . It just gives me an error message each time I try to confirm. App has a good premise and executes it well it just needs to solve this issue.

The review for GO4 Gold is a five star! Their customer service however I would put at a one star. I have over $300 worth of free gift cards that I could be claiming during the holidays. I have been sending them emails for a month and no response.
