Hi Rich, Thanks for your feedback we take concerns like this seriously. Just to clarify, we are not a bank, and we do not directly hold or process user deposits. When funds are sent, they are handled by the originating and receiving banks. We only receive a notification from the receiving bank once the transaction is confirmed, and then we credit the user’s wallet accordingly.
