Terrible customer service – avoid this airline!

I contacted ValueJet with my booking reference REPAZG after they messed up my flight, and they completely ignored me. No response on WhatsApp, no reply to emails just silence. They’ve basically eaten my money and acted like I don’t exist. If this is how they treat customers, I’ll never fly with them again and will make sure no one I know does either. Absolutely disgraceful.
