Scam Fitness App
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS FITNESS APP! There is no new content and the app is horrible. Customer support does not exist and don’t want others to get scammed as I have. Intent to start this app was a good idea but TOTALLY failed and now juicing people for money but not delivering content.
I have been trying to cancel my membership and continue to be charged $19.99 a month. I now have to cancel my credit card as the only way to stop being charged. I also have submitted a report to the Federal Trade Commission.

App and customer service is horrible
I wish I could give this app negative stars that’s how disappointed I am. Vincent Biffle engaged in the app for the first challenge he did on the app. Now there is no new content, he has not done a new challenge, and he does not respond to any messages that his customers leave in the app. I have been trying to cancel my subscription since February which he said was canceled but I’m still getting charged. I have been trying to contact him to cancel but he has ignored all my messages. Anyone looking for a good app for workouts do not bother with this one. Definitely not worth the money.

Worst Fitness App I’ve ever used!!!
This app is terrible and if I could give it negative stars I would! Definitely not user friendly, no new content is uploaded and the content that’s there is very low quality. There’s no reason this app should be $20 a month! There are free apps with more features than this app has! I wish there was one nice thing I could say about this app, but unfortunately I can’t. This app needs a complete overhaul and the person that’s running the app needs to be more engaging for $20 a month. I wish I could get the $20 back for the one month I paid for this app! There’s no wonder they don’t offer any type of 3-trial or something like that because no one would sign up! It’s just terrible and this type of quality for this price shouldn’t be allowed in the App Store!

Feeling scammed
I asked to cancel service in January because I wasn’t utilizing the app like I intended so I didn’t want to waste $20/ month. There is no way to cancel this on your own accord. So I reached out to Vincent via Instagram. I asked how I cancel. He told me “I’ll cancel you out, what’s your name?” I gave him my information and he told me I was good.
Then February came around and my account was charged again. I was patient as it’s only $20 and thought that maybe I didn’t reach out to him to cancel in time. I reached out once again to which he responded, “I’m showing you cancelled out, I’m not sure why you’re still getting charged.”
Since April I tried resolving with bank. We tried to stop payment but said that won’t work because I signed up via my debit card. So now I have to go to the bank and completely cancel my card and get a new one because this business won’t stop taking my money for the last 5 months. And the bank says there is no way he can’t figure why you’re still getting charged as it’s coming from his end taking your payment.
Do not sign up for this. Buyer beware.

Not user friendly for managing account
The communication or lack thereof from this app is horrendous. Not user friendly for managing your account whatsoever. No email communication, no invoices or billing reminders.
