Terrible customer service options
I was sent the wrong size shoes and if i return them i will only get less than half of what i paid for the shoes back in store credit. that is completely bs. There is no phone number for customer service and you can only email them. Now if i want to repurchase the shoes i have to spend even more money. And if i don’t repurchase the shoes then i wasted all the money i spent because they will only give me store credit instead of my money back.

Purchasing anything
It’s very confusing and difficult to purchase anything on the app. It doesn’t allow you to use your credit’s, and then when you cash out , you have to go through PayPal and it takes a percentage off. That’s inconvenient, and your process to get your credits back is difficult as well , you make it difficult to find

Stop price increases mid order..!!
Price changes mid order isn’t alright i checked the price earlier it’s 310.87 comeback a hour later its a 20 dollar price increase
