Horrible app….too many authentication issues….freezes up and stays that way…poor support. It’s so bad it actually hurts the Northwood brand
Not working
I’m running iOS 16.7 with iPhone 12. Once I submit my code the app just goes black. I’m on the lasted version :(
App is glitching and unreliable, constant error lockout
Wish you had stuck with the old school key tags. The app worked for me a few times after installing it, but a couple weeks ago I started getting “unknown API error” every time I try to launch the app. I have tried closing and reopening the app, rebooting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, but always the same error so I can’t access any of the content or discount offers anymore. Very disappointing— technology is only awesome when it works.

Crashes before it can open and now I have no card to use.

We apologize for the issues as we did encounter some bugs with certain iPhone models. These have since been resolved. If you would like to retry with us please follow these steps: 1.)uninstall the app completely from your device 2.) download/install the latest version of the app from the app store 3.)
