Horrible app….too many authentication issues….freezes up and stays that way…poor support. It’s so bad it actually hurts the Northwood brand
Not working
I’m running iOS 16.7 with iPhone 12. Once I submit my code the app just goes black. I’m on the lasted version :(
App is glitching and unreliable, constant error lockout
Wish you had stuck with the old school key tags. The app worked for me a few times after installing it, but a couple weeks ago I started getting “unknown API error” every time I try to launch the app. I have tried closing and reopening the app, rebooting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, but always the same error so I can’t access any of the content or discount offers anymore. Very disappointing— technology is only awesome when it works.

Crashes before it can open and now I have no card to use.
Crashes and now businesses are saying no card
The app is great in concept but absolutely terrible in deployment. It crashes before fully opening. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing. Now some of my frequented restaurants are saying they won’t take the card because they were told the app works. Incredibly asinine.
Doesn’t load
Downloaded app and it won’t open. Just crashed immediately. Go back to using card!!
Not Ready
My email says the app is up and running, but there is a big padlock icon saying that it isn’t. This should really be down until it is open and ready to use for ALL tenants instead of some.
