Beware
I have been a user of this product, please beware that once you purchase and load student or member data on to it you no longer have any control over that data. It’s not deemed to be your group or flight school booking system and you must ask the admin of the program to delete or modify. Very reluctant to give the purchaser any control over who remains in their group. I simply wanted to remove a person from my list that is no longer a member and has moved! Was not allowed unless goboko could gain approval from that member! Not very user friendly!

Not worth the money.
Prior to 2019 app changes was an effect basic scheduling tool that did everything we needed. Software changes led to decreased user friendliness and lots of problems using the mobile apps for our members. Web portal was better. Changed to subscription fees in 2020 not worth it in my opinion.
Don’t like this app
The scheduling is very difficult. Even if I book a multiple day trip, it still shows availability each day from noon to midnight or from midnight to noon. Often I can’t enter start and end dates but must enter each day separately. And 24 hour options are not accepted. I even tried 23 hour slots but also not accepted. I actually will go so far as to say that I can’t stand this app and it eats my time without positive results.

Nice app with some stability issues
I have been experimenting with the app on multiple device types. The design is nicely uniform, it is easy to use and the app matches the capabilities of the browser version. It has some stability issues when using a non-standard input flow, but these are few and far between. So far, so good!

Does what it says on the tin. Our group uses it all the time, so simple even pilots can work it. The more users the more this app will develop as its all done not-for-profit.
Personal use
I’m really disappointed that Goboko now requires a pass code in my iPad and having put that in especially, the internal workings have been changed to be far more complicated and less user friendly. Originally Goboko worked really well, so why is it necessary to introduce completely unnecessary changes that have made the booking system a real pain to use. I’m going to suggest that my group changes booking provider to a more user friendly operator

Refresh/ logout log in
Your application does not refresh on its own so when we take a plane out of commission for maintenance people can still book that plane because iOS system has them logged in continuously

An excellent tool that is easy to use to make a booking and keeping other members informed of your booking.

Works really well for our club, easy to use, information presented clearly, great touch being able to book via app on the move.
Signs out after closing app
The app is great, but it’s a hassle having to log in each time. It worked fine on my iPhone 6S, then I got an iPhone 8+ and it logs me out each time. I have passcode and fingerprint both active. I’ve deleted the app a few times, had it forget this device and spent a few days emailing tech support with zero luck. They couldn’t reproduce my problem. Still having issues a couple of months later. It’s a great app for a club, but as much as it’s used, signing in each time bugs me very much.

Useful booking tool
This is a useful app for use on the go without reference to a computer. I had a job finding out how to delete a booking at first but it became clear! Just one criticism I can never seem to enter comments on my mobile phone in comments box there probably is a way I am sure to discover soon!

App just crashed while trying to use the map feature.

Excellent booking tool
Easy to use when you have got used to it. Reminders of currency very helpful. Well done to the developers.
Keeps crashing
The web site is easier than the app. It keeps crashing and you need to re log in each time.
